Is Arcadia free?

• Plain and simple - YES! Arcadia is 100% free. There are no costs, no upgrades that cost money, nothing like that.

How do I get started?

• Once you register with Arcadia (which gets you a login for the home page, bank, your horse info, etc) you'll need to set up a free forum account with our phpBB forum. We're hoping to eventually integrate these, but right now our skills aren't quite up to par.
• The New Members Center has a helpful guide (with links!) to help you get going once you join.

How do I get my first horse?

• Your first horse must be purchased from the Helping Hands Adoption Agency (HHAA), another member, or imported.
• Purchasing from the HHAA or importing can be done via the member home page.
• Horses are almost always for sale on the forum - check frequently. You never know what kind of deal you'll get.

Do I need feed or tack for my horse?

• Long story short - YES! Arcadia strives for realism. We have educational information posted on our forum. All items you'll need are available for purchase at the Shop.

Where do I get help if I'm confused?

• Arcadia's forum has a section for new members and a staff on hand to help answer questions. Just post your question and someone will give you a heads up. Our regular members are really helpful as well, so you can probably private message (PM) someone if you have a specific question about something they've posted.

My question isn't on the FAQ, what do?
